I ran the entire transcripts of the past State of the Union speeches (via C-SPAN) from George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George H.W. Bush through the Tagyu automated tagging service. You give it some text or a URL and it gives you some tags that seem appropriate given the text (check their FAQ). I used only the text of the speech, not the URL of the page when submitting to Tagyu.
