Default Paste Mode

This way I wouldn't have to use the "Paste Special" menu for paste operations where I'm using the same paste mode over and over. Most, if not all, of the times I'm using the "Paste Special" menu, it's because I want to paste something as "Unformatted Text".
It's just one of those little things that annoyed me today.
