Vegas
« Simplified Chinese | Main | Vegas Airport »To continue the party that is being 30, I'm off to Las Vegas in a few days. In no particular order, places I'll be:
- Nobu @ The Hard Rock
- Cirque du Soleil "O" @ The Bellagio
- Mix @ Mandalay Bay
- Danny Gans @ The Mirage
- Joël Robuchon @ The MGM Grand
- The various roller coasters in and on the hotels
- Fountains of Bellagio
The Joël Robuchon dinner deserves special attention as I'm going there for the sixteen (yes, that 16) course tasting menu. Two words: bone marrow.
If there's one way to do Vegas, I believe this is it.
