Grappa

I'm now getting into Grappa.
If there's a specific Grappa you think I should try, let me know. My parents are headed to Greece in June and I've heard Greek Grappa is quite good, so if there's a specific variety that I can ask them to bring back over, let me know.Grappa, also known as Grappa Wine, is an Italian grape-based spirit of between 40% and 50% vol. It is made from the distillation of pomace (also called marc), i.e., the pieces of grapes (including the stems and seeds) that were pressed for the winemaking process. It was originally made to prevent wastage by using the leftovers at the end of the wine season.
