blojsom localization effort

Adding new languages to blojsom is straightforward. Once the web adminstration UI resource bundle is translated into another language, you add it to the blojsom installation, tell blojsom it's available, and each blog can choose from the installed localizations.
In case you missed the posts, we do pretty well in the internationalization department. Even with XML-RPC
