MLS = Multiple Listing Service. If you're buying a house or thinking about buying a house, chances are your real estate company uses a multiple listing service. From their FAQ: "OpenMLS is an "Open" service to everyone where as your local MLS is a "Closed" MLS for only brokers and realtors who are members of your local board."
