Multi-user blojsom progress

The past few days have been rather hectic. Not blojsom-related, but other stuff-related. Although I'm still working on blojsom 1.9.6 stuff like associated category support for blojsom, I had a chance last night to get the blojsom 2.0 codebase started (no, it's not in CVS yet ... probably Wednesday) and have the core and plugins capability working. The extensions (XML-RPC handers, Comment API, pie/(n)echo/atom API support) will be done tonight.

It's rather interesting what you find you could live with before rewriting or refactoring. Example: names you had previously chosen for <init-param/> elements. Not that the names were bad or anything, but maybe it was just that I was changing stuff and so got the "itch" that I had to make those type of changes as well.

Here's to permalink preservation! Aside from a few directory, filename, and initialization parameter changes, upgrading will be straightforward.
