Customer service still applies to open source projects

I truly value the opinion of folks out there who are downloading and evaluating blojsom. Matt had troubles with blojsim. I responded letting him know Mark would be updating blojsim. I check his blog today to find this post and some kind words.

"It always brings a smile to my face when I get a quick response in regards to an open source project. As soon as I get a chance, I'll try installing and playing with Blojsim 0.9. Thanks to David, Mark, and all the other open source people like them in the universe."

Social Software Alliance

This morning, googling for something other than "social software" but nonetheless related, I came across the Social Software Alliance homepage. I still have more reading to do on the site to see what's up. It's good to see a mix of technologies represented, not just blog technologies.
